Working in the team, each individual is able to make a meaningful impact on the section mission, be empowered to fulfil their leadership journey and feel supported through a spirit of teamwork and community.

Capability Investment and Benefits (CIB) seamlessly integrates with diverse business sectors to elevate return on investment.  CIB section is responsible for implementing the department's capability management policy, including the Capability Management Framework (CMF) and associated Capability Lifecycle Management Model (CLMM). Closely aligned with early phases of the CLMM, CIB section assists capability programs to develop high quality, benefits-led investment initiatives with a focus on delivery readiness by:

  • Supporting Capability Programs with the development of investment initiatives to improve delivery readiness.
