Our ideal candidate:

We seek a highly organised person who is able to manage several tasks and competing priorities simultaneously. They should have the ability to develop productive and positive working relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders across the Department, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They should have expertise in using Content Manager and Microsoft Teams such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Forecasting staff attrition rates by skills and teams:

  • Prioritising critical roles to backfill when they become vacant
  • Enabling staff career and development pathways to build skills and capabilities
  • Assist in retention of top talent
  • Create recruitment campaigns to attract new staff to CRS Branch.

Our ideal candidate has a broad understanding of recruitment policy and procedures, and experience in human resource management.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the position you must be an Australian Citizen.

 

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (AGSVA) security clearance and an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
