About our team

National Operations | Customs Compliance Enforce & Target | Illicit Tobacco & Vape Enforcement | Vape and Tobacco Operations and Coordination

The Vape and Tobacco Operations and Coordination (VTOC) was established to provide the strategic, operational and tactical oversight of cross jurisdictional health, whole of government and intra-agency coordination of compliance activities that combat illicit tobacco and vapes. The VTOC delivers on its objectives through six streams of effort:

1. Performance Reporting and Governance

2. Strategic Communication and Executive Briefing

3. Stakeholder Engagement

4. Vape and Tobacco Pre-Border
